Kathleen Cabral

Kathleen Cabral is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc. since July 2022, Kathleen previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Norpaco from June 2019 to July 2022. Additionally, Kathleen worked at Okay Industries, Inc. from November 2002 to June 2019, advancing from Human Resources Specialist to HR Manager. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Saint Joseph's University, completed between 1996 and 1999, and has furthered education at Harvard Business School.
