Catie Banks, CSM

Catie Banks has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Project Management at o2kl, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of Project Management at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness from March 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they managed a team that executed pharmaceutical DTC digital and CRM projects.

Before that, Catie worked as a Project Manager at McCann Health New York from May 2020 to February 2021, where they managed and executed HCP product launch campaigns for a pharmaceutical advertising agency, with clients including AstraZeneca.

Catie also has experience as an Account Project Manager at Momentum Worldwide, where they managed and executed B2B/B2C activations for an advertising agency with clients such as American Express, Facebook, and Microsoft. Catie held this position from September 2018 to July 2020.

Catie has also demonstrated their entrepreneurial skills as the Owner of Adventurista Travel from May 2016 to March 2020.

Additionally, Catie has experience as a Senior Events and Project Manager at New Futuro from May 2012 to October 2013, where they managed all bilingual events for a start-up company promoting higher education for Latino students and families.

Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Xtreme Trips from August 2010 to April 2012, overseeing all operations for a student travel agency specializing in high school and college audiences.

Catie began their career as an Event Manager Intern at Special Events Management in 2009, where they planned and coordinated various art/music festivals, cycling events, and marathons. Catie also worked as an Event Planner/Facility Coordinator at A'vie Weddings and Special Events from May 2008 to May 2009, where they coordinated and executed weddings and special events.

Their earliest work experience was as an Event Management Assistant at the Public Utility Research Center, University of Florida, from May 2007 to May 2009, where they planned various events and assisted in the organization and implementation of an online database.

Catie Banks, CSM holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism with a concentration in Recreation & Event Management from the University of Florida. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including the Le Grande Studio Leadership Cohort from Publicis in November 2021, and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance, also obtained in November 2021.
