Fabio Ribeiro has had a varied and successful career in the IT industry. Fabio began their career in 2004 as Command Center Manager at Telefônica Brasil, where they were responsible for Problem Management, Command Center Management (IT NOC), Event Management and Monitoring, Service Delivery, Backup Management and Network Infrastructure (N1). Fabio then moved on to the role of IT Development Coordinator, where they interfaced with client areas and developed optimization projects, as well as Event Management, Incident Management and Problem Management. In 2014, they were awarded a Green Belt for a project based on the Six Sigma methodology aimed to control improper tickets in IT. In 2015, they became a Researcher and Teacher at FATEC-PR, where they taught classes in Logic and Programming, Network Administration, Applied Informatics, Long Distance Networks, and Integrator Project. In 2020, Fabio moved to Parana Banco as Devops Maneger | SRE Manager | Cloud Manager, where they led openshift, pix, dynatrace and ITIL governance implementation projects, and managed a lean team. Fabio also used technologies such as OpenShift, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Azure, GCP and AWS, VMware, SonarQube, Fortify, Sensedia, and API Managment (Azure). In 2021, they began their current role as Head of Devops | SRE | Security | Cloud at O2OBOTS.

Fabio Ribeiro has a diverse educational background. From 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master's degree in Design, Management, and Project Direction in International Cooperation from Universidad Europea del Atlántico. From 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Master's degree in Strategy Management and IT Operations from Universidade Positivo. From 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Specialist degree in Technology in Commercial Management from Grupo Opet. Fabio also holds certifications from LinkedIn, EXIN, and Sociesc, including "Como Vencer a Procrastinação" (2021), "Fundamentos da Transformação Digital" (2021), "ISO/IEC 20000" (2013), "ITIL V3" (2013), and "SIX SIGMA" (2012).
