Lauren Simmonds Psy.d.

Lauren Simmonds, Psy.D., is an experienced professional in clinical psychology and human performance, currently serving as an Operational Psychologist for the United States Department of Defense since August 2022. In addition, Lauren works as a Human Performance Specialist at O2X Human Performance, beginning in September 2021. Previous roles include Clinical Psychologist for the Joint Special Operations Command and the Air Force Special Operations Command, as well as positions at Womack Army Medical Center and James A Haley VA, focusing on PTSD and trauma-related disorders. Lauren's early career featured work in pediatric neuropsychology and adult therapy, addressing a variety of psychological conditions stemming from traumatic experiences. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
