Preksha Anand

Preksha Anand has worked in various roles since 2013. Preksha began their career as a Talent Acquisition Executive at G Gheewala Human Resources Consultants in 2013. Preksha then moved on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Sparrow Interactive Pvt. Ltd. in 2014. In 2016, they were a Human Resources Manager at AntiAlias Ventures. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Manager- Talent Management & Communication at Carre4re Consulting. In 2019, they returned to Human Resources Manager at Plunes.com. Currently, they are a Certified Career Mentor at Expertrons and a Human Resources Manager at O4S.

Preksha Anand has a diverse educational background. Preksha obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University in 2010. In 2006, they obtained an Associate’s Degree in Advance Diploma in 3D Animation and VFX from University of Cambridge. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from Middle Earth HR and LinkedIn, such as Certification in Latest HR and L&D Trends, 360-Degree Feedback, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System, Human Resources: Creating an Employee Handbook, People Analytics, and Certified Strategic Human Capital Manager. Preksha also has a Microsoft Office Certification.
