Joanna Gallasch

Joanna Gallasch is the current Vice President of People at OAC Services. Prior to their current position, Joanna served as the Director of Human Resources at GGLO Design from April 2017 to April 2022. In this role, Joanna was responsible for developing and overseeing new administrative systems, including annual budgeting, accounting, finance, accounts payable and accounts receivable, profit-and-loss reporting and analysis, human resources, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration and corporate policies. Joanna also spearheaded company strategic planning and supervised 14 store managers and over $10 million in sales.

Before their role at GGLO Design, Joanna served as the Human Resources Manager at Magnusson Klemencic Associates from February 2015 to April 2017. In this role, Joanna created standard operating procedures, a training program and a succession plan for all staff. Joanna also managed budgets for all departments and was responsible for cutting operating and product costs, increasing profit margins, building internal knowledge and skills, and improving customer satisfaction.

Prior to their role at Magnusson Klemencic Associates, Joanna served as the Director of Administration at Benjamin Moore from August 2014 to February 2015. In this role, Joanna was responsible for the overall administration of the company, including budgeting, accounting, finance, human resources, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration and corporate policies.

Before their role at Benjamin Moore, Joanna served as the Food and Beverage Manager at The Golf Club at Newcastle from June 2013 to August 2014. In this role, Joanna was responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of the club, including menu development, staff training and supervision, inventory management and cost control.

Joanna Gallasch has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Social Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Joanna is certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SPHR.
