Lee Dunham

Lee is a registered structural engineer specializing in the investigation and repair of existing buildings.

With 22 years of industry experience, Lee has performed structural design and analysis for new buildings, and structural investigation, repair, and seismic upgrades of existing buildings. He has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, education, medical and marine facilities. He has experience with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures.

As the Architecture/Engineering Principal at OAC Services, Inc., Lee leads a dynamic team of architects, engineers, roofing consultants, and building enclosure specialists dedicated to improving the built environment.
