Alia Elias has five years of work experience. Alia began their career in 2018 as a Food Service employee at Dunkin' Brands. In 2020, they were an Account Executive at LMI Philly and an Account Coordinator and Account Executive at Bluestone Communications. In 2021, they became a Member at The Phi Beta Kappa Society, and in 2022, they became a Content Partnerships Specialist at OAK Digital. At Bluestone Communications, Alia strategically planned and implemented social media campaigns for a full-time client (Earth Day Every Day (EDED)) and a project-based client (Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative (SVEC)). Her role included engaging the community by hosting an Earth Day event in person and via Facebook Live, pitching to reporters and securing local media placements, implementing campaign tactics through social media posts, infographics, and promotional videos, promoting an art contest held by EDED, and engaging SVEC's customers by creating infographics for Facebook and Instagram.

Alia Elias attended Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School from 2013 to 2017 before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Public Relations from James Madison University in 2021. Alia also obtained a Gmail Essential Training certification from LinkedIn in April 2022.
