Nia Denis

Nia Denis is currently a guest experience manager for the 100th Annual Conference at Hotel Ezra Cornell and also serves as a conference services manager. Nia holds the position of VP of Ambassadors at The Women's Network and works as a teaching assistant for HADM 4300: Intro to Wines at Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration. In addition, Nia is a commercial strategy intern at PM Hotel Group, a nonprofit consulting extern with PwC, and has participated in the Virtual Insight Series and Black Possibilities Summit at Goldman Sachs. Experience also includes roles as a marketing associate and consulting analyst for the Cornell Society for Women in Business and involvement in the Expedition EY Program, alongside co-VP of marketing for Women Leaders of Color of Cornell. Nia is a mentor in the Hotel Student Mentorship Program, supporting new students at the Hotel School. Nia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Cornell University, with an expected graduation date in June 2026.
