Avanelle Jack

Avanelle (Ava) Jack has extensive work experience in the medical field. Avanelle (Ava) is currently working as a Medical Director at Oak Street Health since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Nephrologist at their own practice, Doc Ava LLC, from October 2011 until December 2021. Avanelle also worked as a Nephrologist at COASTAL NEPHROLOGY & HYPERTENSION CENTER, PA from 2017 to 2019. Avanelle (Ava) served as a Fellowship Director at LSU Health Sciences Center from 2007 to 2017 and as a Senior Nephrologist at Ochsner Health from 2001 to 2007.
