Claudia Ibarra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Claudia started their career at Colsubsidio, where they worked as a Special Event Coordinator and later became the Corporative Sales Manager. Claudia then moved on to Distrinsumos Institucionales, where they served as the Director and Entrepreneur, leading a successful start-up company that produced uniforms for large companies. Claudia also worked at the Bensalem Township School District as a Substitute Teacher and at Hospitality Staffing Solutions as an Area Manager, responsible for recruiting, managing payroll, and maintaining client relationships. Claudia later joined The Central Association of the Miraculous Medal as the Director of Latino Development, leading strategic fundraising initiatives and building partnerships with community leaders. Most recently, Claudia worked at Oak Street Health, first as an Outreach Director, then as a Senior Outreach Director, and currently as the Regional Director of Growth. In these roles, they oversaw patient growth, mentored and coached teams, and led various regional growth projects. Throughout their career, Claudia has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach.

Claudia Ibarra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication and Journalism from Universidad Externado de Colombia, during the period of 1990 to 1995. Claudia also received a Certificate in Fundraising from La Salle University in the year 2016-2017.
