Wesley Ward

Wesley Ward has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Wesley is currently serving as the VP of Digital at Oak Street Health, where they lead a team focused on driving new patient growth and patient retention through traditional and digital brand experiences. Prior to this role, they were the VP of Marketing & Merchandising at Hausera, where they led a team responsible for marketing technology, digital marketing, CRM, user experience, online merchandising, and search for multiple websites. During their tenure, they successfully launched the Hausera brand and grew organic traffic significantly.

Before joining Hausera, Wesley Ward founded and served as the President of Crescere Digital Consulting. Wesley also held various positions at Grainger, including Marketing Director - Integrated Strategy & Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing Director - CRM & Marketing Technology Strategy, Senior Marketing Manager - Digital CRM and Optimization, and Email Marketing Manager, where they made significant contributions by transforming the marketing function and developing customer-centric programs.

Wesley Ward started their career at Arlington Park Racecourse as the Manager of Marketing and Advertising, where they deployed integrated marketing programs and negotiated agency agreements and budgets. Wesley also gained experience in event marketing as an Event Marketing Coordinator at Intersport and as a Program Manager at TMG Sports Marketing.

Wesley Ward's early career includes roles as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and a Public Relations Intern at Chicago Fire Soccer Club.

Wesley Ward holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Sports Administration, both obtained from Ohio University between 2002 and 2004.
