Fiona Weber

Vice President, Population Health at Oak Street Health

Fiona Weber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fiona started their career as a Research Intern at the National Science Foundation in 2011. In 2012, they joined the University of Minnesota School of Public Health as a Graduate Consultant and Teaching Assistant until 2014. Following that, Fiona worked as an Administrative Resident at United Family Healthcare in 2013. In 2014, they joined CHI St. Luke's Health, where they held various roles, including Administrative Fellow, Manager of Perioperative Business Operations, Interim Director of Business Development, and Senior Performance Excellence Consultant. Fiona's most recent role was at Oak Street Health, starting in 2018. Fiona progressed through different positions, including Population Health Director, Director of Population Health, Senior Director of Population Health, and currently serves as the Vice President of Population Health since October 2022.

Fiona Weber obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Hydrology and Water Resources Science, with a minor in Spanish, from SUNY Oneonta from 2008 to 2012.
