Jennifer Kruper

Jennifer Kruper has a diverse work experience in instructional design and learning development. Jennifer is currently working as the SVP of Learning at Oak Street Health since 2022. Previously, they worked at McKinsey & Company in various roles, including Senior Knowledge Expert and Learning Architect from 2020 to 2022, Director of Instructional Design at McKinsey Academy from 2014 to 2019, Content Development Manager from 2012 to 2014, and Instructional Content Developer from 2008 to 2012. Jennifer also has experience as a Freelance Instructional Design & Content Development from 2004 to 2008 and held multiple positions at Cognitive Arts from 2002 to 2005, including Content Manager and Senior Content Developer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in designing and developing technology-enabled learning solutions, managing teams, and driving client engagement.

Jennifer Kruper attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1989 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.
