Melissa Frye Fnp-C

Melissa Frye FNP-C is the Medical Director of Clinical Performance at Oak Street Health since March 2022. Prior to that, Melissa worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Iora Health from October 2018 to March 2022, at Copper Queen Medical Associates from September 2015 to September 2018, at Adelante Healthcare from January 2015 to September 2015, and at Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. from March 2012 to December 2014. Melissa began their healthcare career as a Registered Nurse at Sierra Vista Regional Health Center from February 2004 to February 2012. Melissa earned their Masters of Nursing, Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2012.
