Scott Belsky

Scott Belsky has a diverse work experience encompassing roles in various industries. Scott is currently the Senior Vice President of Population Health at Oak Street Health, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, Scott served as the Vice President of Population Health and Senior Regional Vice President at the same company. Scott has also held the positions of Regional Vice President and Population Health Director at Oak Street Health.

Before joining Oak Street Health, Scott worked at GoHealth as a Senior Manager of Technology from March 2015 to July 2017. Prior to this role, they served as the Government Relations and Compliance Manager at GoHealth.

Earlier in their career, Scott worked as a Public Policy Manager at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Illinois Chapter, from February 2013 to September 2013. Scott also served as the Executive Director at Quinn for Illinois from January 2012 to February 2013.

Scott started their career as a James H. Dunn Fellow at the State of Illinois in 2011. Overall, Scott Belsky has gained extensive experience in population health, technology management, public policy, and executive leadership roles.

Scott Belsky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Policy from Northwestern University in 2011. Scott later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance and Healthcare Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, graduating in 2019.
