Susanta Kumar Sabat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and management. Currently serving as Manager of Delivery Excellence at Cognizant since October 2022, Susanta has held significant roles, including SQA Manager at Oak Systems and various managerial positions such as SQA Manager, MR, Scrum Master, and PMO at Paladion Networks Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, Susanta worked as a Sr. Process Engineer at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited and as a Sr. Quality Analyst at LG Soft India. Susanta began their career as a Facilitator at Infrasoft Technologies, with earlier experience as a Process Engineer at SQA Global Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Berhampur University.
