Jeremy Dildey

Jeremy Dildey is an experienced operations leader in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President-West at Oak View Group since January 2022. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants, where responsibilities included overseeing a management team, financial monitoring, and maintaining strong partnerships through contract management. Jeremy's career also includes significant roles at Centerplate, directing operations for the Seattle Mariners, and at Aramark, managing food and beverage operations in major venues. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Colorado State University.
