Nikesh Mistry

Nikesh Mistry has diverse work experience in the legal field. Nikesh is currently the Vice President - Legal & Business Affairs at Oak View Group since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bird & Bird from 2015 to 2022, where they started as an Associate in the Commercial group. During their time at Bird & Bird, they gained experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, with a focus on technology, media, and retail sectors. Nikesh also spent six months on secondment with House of Fraser, assisting with commercial and IP matters to understand the client's business needs. Before joining Bird & Bird, Nikesh worked as a Sales Account Manager at Total in 2013. Nikesh also had vacation scheme experiences at Stephenson Harwood LLP, RPC Law Firm, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Bristows Law Firm, where they gained exposure to various legal departments and cases.

Nikesh Mistry completed their education at Reigate Grammar School from 2000 to 2010. Nikesh then pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they attended BPP Law School from 2014 to 2015 to obtain a Legal Practice Course diploma in Law.
