Cindy J.

Cindy J. is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical quality, risk management, and administration. Since February 2014, Cindy has served as the AVP/Assistant Administrator at OakBend Medical Center. Prior to this role, Cindy was the Director of Clinical Quality and Risk Management at Slidell Memorial Hospital, overseeing performance improvement initiatives, regulatory reporting, and serving as project manager for the implementation of the Crimson application. At NorthShore Regional Medical Center, Cindy directed case management and utilization management, successfully building a diverse team to improve operational efficiency. Earlier in career, Cindy held the position of Director of Internal Audit at Baptist Memorial Health Care, where responsibilities included clinical and financial audit functions and regulatory compliance. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University.
