Clayton Matthews

Clayton Matthews is a seasoned insurance professional with over three decades of experience in claims management and loss control. Currently serving as Claims Director at Oakbridge Insurance since April 2022, Clayton oversees the claims department, offering expert services in loss reporting, research, and advocacy. Previously, Clayton held roles including Loss Control Director and Claims Director at Southern Trust Insurance Company, where significant departmental transformations were achieved. As Field Claims Manager at Grange Insurance, Clayton successfully turned a struggling claims organization into a top performer for four consecutive years. Early experience at Progressive Insurance involved enhancing file quality and productivity while implementing innovative claims assignment solutions. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Lambuth University.
