Davis Benfield

Davis Benfield has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with roles at Oakbridge Insurance, where they are currently serving as the Director of Corporate Finance and M&A, and at Priority Insurance Group, where they founded and served as the Managing Partner. At Priority Insurance Group, they led the development and commercialization of a dealer-embedded SaaS quote platform.

Before joining Oakbridge Insurance and Priority Insurance Group, Davis worked at Amwins, where they held various roles, including Financial and Data Strategy Manager and Corporate Development/M&A member. In these roles, they conducted financial analysis, executed financial modeling and valuation, and led due diligence efforts for M&A activities.

Davis also has experience outside of the insurance industry, with roles at Boy Scouts of America, AmWINS Group, Data Chambers, Penny's Pimento Cheese, LLC, Elon University, US National Whitewater Center, and AthleteFocus.com. These roles include responsibilities such as unit commissioner, finance and M&A intern, management and sales intern, sales team manager, student assistant, raft guide, sales associate, and athlete representative.

Davis Benfield attended Charlotte Latin School from 1998 to 2010. Davis then went on to study at Elon University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
