Luke Enock

Luke Enock has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Luke is currently serving as the UK CEO at Salary Finance, starting from February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Oakbrook, where they held multiple positions including Non Executive Director and Chief Executive from August 2019 to February 2023. Luke also worked at Vanquis Bank, where they served as the Cards Director and New Customer and Business Development Director from January 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they worked at Provident Financial Group - Provident HC & Satsuma as the Deputy Managing Director, Online and Analytics Director, Director of Online, and Head of Satsuma Loans. Luke also worked at Barclays and Barclaycard, where they held various roles such as Finance Director, Head of Business Planning and Analysis, and Finance Director, Head of Strategy and Performance Barclaycard South Africa. Luke began their career at EnterCard as the Credit Risk Director, responsible for credit risk strategies and policies, fraud prevention, and impairment and economic capital reporting. Overall, Luke possesses extensive experience in leadership, finance, strategy, and risk management.

Luke Enock completed an Executive MBA program at the Stockholm School of Economics from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Sports Science at Nottingham Trent University and graduated with a 1st class honors degree in 2001.
