Adam Cox

Adam Cox has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Adam currently holds the position of Head of Platform and Architecture at Oakbrook, where they play a crucial role in guiding the direction of the O6K Platform. Adam leads the engineering team and actively participates in the design and implementation of the platform. Prior to this, Adam served as a Solutions Architect, Principal Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer at Oakbrook.

Before joining Oakbrook, Adam worked at Weatherford for several years. During their time there, they worked on the PreView Team as a Software Engineer, where they developed a web-based real-time data delivery system for oilfield exploration. Adam also led a team in developing a next-generation data visualization system with mobile device support. In addition, Adam worked on the WLS team at Weatherford, where they were responsible for developing data acquisition software.

Adam's career in the technology industry began at Weatherford as a Student IT Engineer. In this role, they gained experience in Windows C/C++ development and played a key role in developing and maintaining Windows-based data acquisition software.

Adam Cox attended Maidstone Grammar School from 1999 to 2006 where they pursued various subjects including Computer Science, Physics, Maths, Psychology, English, and German. After completing their education at Maidstone Grammar School, they went on to enroll at Loughborough University from 2006 to 2011. At Loughborough University, they obtained a Master in Science (MSci) degree in Computer Science.
