Andrew Foster Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various soccer coaching roles, leadership positions, and involvement in youth development programs. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Soccer Coach for multiple clubs and organizations, including Oakland Genesis, Bay Oaks Soccer Club, and East Bay United Soccer Club. Andrew Foster also served as the Executive Director of YES4 (Youth Education for Success) from 2018 to 2020, where they focused on providing and supporting programs that enhance the creative capacity of youth. In addition, Andrew worked as a Director of Community Engagement at San Francisco University High School and as a Youth Development Specialist for the Peace Corps in Cape Verde and Colombia. Andrew Foster also has experience in the music and entertainment industry as a Founding Member and Chief Operating Officer of The Collectiv, LLC. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Senior Director of Learning at Oakland Genesis, focusing on the growth and development of individuals within the organization.

Andrew Foster Williams completed their Master of Education (Ed.M) degree in the Specialized Studies Program at Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from San Francisco State University from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2004.
