She started her career in recruitment just under 4 years ago and began hiring for the media industry before moving on to working with consulting firms in the professional services arena which is the sector she have enjoyed most and decided to progress in. She have placed people across a range of roles at different levels of seniority from graduate to director positions and am often described as a ‘bubbly’ person, she enjoy getting to know and working closely with a variety of people. She find it rewarding to help candidates to achieve their goals by assisting in the advancement of their careers as they look to join a new company which reflects their values, whilst also offering great opportunities for progression. Currently, at Oakleaf, she is responsible for placing mid-senior level HR professionals into a wide range of Professional Services organisations, including global market leaders in addition to smaller boutique firms across the UK.
