Nick Lee

Nick Lee is currently the Head of Regulatory Affairs at OakNorth. Nick has previously held various positions at the Bank of England, FSA, and Financial Conduct Authority. Nick has been instrumental in the authorisation and supervision of all new UK banks, as well as in BoE wide work streams relating to banking competition and the 'fin tech' sector in the UK.

Nick Lee has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Portsmouth. Nick has studied business economics and has a keen interest in the stock market and financial analysis.

They work with James Cashmore - Chief Risk Officer, Sara Gosden - Chief People Officer, and Ben Barbanel - Head of Debt Finance. Nick Lee reports to Rishi Khosla, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer.
