Mick Janness

Mick Janness has diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mick started their career at Branam as the President, where they played a pivotal role in securing over $2.5M in equity and debt financing to establish and grow the company. Mick successfully obtained growth capital from angel and venture capital sources and led the team in completing the business plan and securing funding.

After leaving Branam, Janness joined Pure Dental Brands and held two roles. Firstly, as the Chief Development Officer, they contributed to the company's success by raising $35M in funding, receiving term sheets from seven private equity companies. Later, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer of Spring & Sprout Support Services, a dental practice management company specializing in pediatric and orthodontic care. In this role, they focused on providing services to dentists to enhance their daily operations, improve patient experiences, and boost the financial performance of their practices.

Currently, Janness serves as the CEO of Oakpoint, a North Carolina-based Dental Support Organization. Mick oversees the organization's efforts to provide non-clinical support services to affiliated dental practices, while also leveraging Oakpoint's operating platform to drive growth for these practices.

Mick Janness obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. Additionally, they hold Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses, although their status is currently listed as inactive.
