Erika Boucharechas

Erika Boucharechas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Inditex until 2015. Erika then joined Lipa Land, where they held various positions including Receptionist, HR Manager, Assistant to the CEO, and Executive Manager of Lipa Preschool from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they volunteered as an Events Manager at Femme Palette from 2018 to 2021. In 2019, they joined Welcome to the Jungle Česko as an Events & Production Manager, where they organized and moderated events focused on HR, Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Candidate Experience. In 2020, they became an Organizer & Moderator for CzechCrunch Startupy, conducting interviews with notable individuals in the industry. More recently, they joined CzechCrunch as a Moderator and is currently the Head of People at OAK'S LAB, starting in 2021.

Erika Boucharechas graduated from the High School for EU Administration in 2016, where they specialized in diplomatic services.
