Honza Kriz

Honza Kriz has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Honza started at GoodCall as a Talent Sourcer, where they analyzed and mapped the market, sourced and engaged candidates, and provided career counseling. Following that, they worked at Blueberry.io as a Sourcer Supreme, where they focused on finding the best talent in software development, agile methodology, and digital marketing. At Avocode, Honza served as the Head of HR and later as the People Ops Manager, overseeing human resources functions. Currently, they are working at OAK'S LAB as a Frontend Developer and Strategic Recruiter, connecting tech startups with top talent and ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.

Honza Kriz completed their education at Charles University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology from 2014 to 2021. In addition, they obtained the Cambridge English Level 3 Certificate in ESOL International (C2 - Proficiency) from Cambridge English in July 2016.
