Joss Botes

Joss Botes is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as an AIFM Senior Accountant at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. since November 2021, Joss previously held managerial and senior positions at Intertrust Group, African Mining and Crushing SA, and Mohokare Local Municipality. Responsibilities have included budget preparation, financial statement audits, cost accounting, and performance reporting. Joss began a career as an Audit Manager at KPMG and gained consulting experience at Ducharme Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Theory of Accounting from the University of the Free State and a Matric from Vryburg High School.
