Kwang-Duk Choi

Kwang-Duk (Kasey) Choi is a Managing Director - Legal at Oaktree Capital with extensive experience in corporate/fund counsel in the APAC region. Prior to joining Oaktree Capital, Kwang-Duk worked as a Senior Associate at Shearman and Sterling focusing on investment funds. Kwang-Duk (Kasey) also held a position as a Senior Associate at Samil PwC specializing in transfer pricing services for multinational corporations. In addition, Kwang-Duk served in the military during their compulsory service at Combined Forces Command. Kwang-Duk holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a BA in Agronomy from Korea University.
