Audrey Lapuz

Audrey Lapuz is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in training and process improvement. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Oaktree Equity since December 2018, Audrey has developed recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, along with creating training materials for various roles. Previous experience includes holding positions as Project Manager and Training Supervisor at Alorica Philippines, Inc. from September 2006 to January 2019, where responsibilities included planning training requirements and collaborating with operations to enhance training modules. Additionally, Audrey worked as an Operations Trainer at both Alorica and West Corporation, facilitating training sessions for new hires and tenured agents. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rizal Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas.
