Phil Del Vecchio has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and organizational development roles. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of People and Organizational Development at Oakwood Homes, where they are responsible for driving the development and growth of the company's workforce. Prior to this, they were the President of 3PC Ltd., a company that focuses on leveraging insights from performance, organizational, and positive psychology to drive business results. Phil also has experience as the Director and Head of Culture & Talent at JBS USA, where they led the Culture & Talent team and managed talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management. Additionally, they have held leadership roles at Alteryx, Sonos, Inc., Positive Performance Psychology, Santa Barbara Business College, Behavioral Sport Psychology, Claremont Graduate University, and Longmont High School, where they gained experience in HR, leadership development, performance management, coaching, and teaching.

Phil Del Vecchio completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained another Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver between 2007 and 2009. Phil also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they earned from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their academic endeavors, Phil Del Vecchio has obtained several certifications. Phil became a Core Strengths Facilitator through Core Strengths in April 2021. Phil also earned the designation of Flow Business Coach from the FLOW Coaching Institute in January 2021. Furthermore, Phil holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in January 2015.
