Mary Bjorklund

Mary Bjorklund has over 20 years of work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and organizational development. Mary served as the Talent Development & Human Resources Director at Oakwood Village since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Sitka Salmon Shares from 2019 to 2020, where they implemented strategies for recruitment, retention, and employee engagement. From 2015 to 2019, Mary was the Director of Employee Services at Scott Construction, where they led the transition of the HR department and provided leadership to a team of four. Mary also held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. from 2013 to 2015, overseeing recruitment and talent development strategies. Earlier in their career, Mary worked as a Human Resources Director at Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries and in various HR roles at Lands' End.

Mary Bjorklund has a master's degree in Organizational Development from Edgewood College.
