Salma Antao

Salma Antao has a strong background in HR operations and people management. Salma is currently the Global Head of People Operations at OANDA. Prior to this, they worked at Scotiabank as the Director of Global HR Services Operations for four years. Salma also held the role of Head of HR Operations and Analytics at Capital One for a year. Salma has significant experience in HR operations, as seen in their positions at Al-Futtaim, where they served as the Head of Human Resources Operations, HR Operations Manager, and Change Management, Communications & Training Lead. Salma began their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Training Lead.

Salma Antao has a diverse education background. In 2000-2003, Salma obtained a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Bangalore University. Later, in 2005-2007, Salma pursued an MBA degree in International Business from the University of Wales, Cardiff. In 2009, Salma obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG - Impetus. Lastly, in 2015, Salma completed a LEAN Six Sigma - Green Belt program from Revive Group and received the Green Belt certification.
