Tomasz Kalfas

Tomasz Kalfas is currently the Engineering Manager at OANDA since October 2020, previously working at Shell Energy Retail and First Utility. Tomasz has extensive experience as a Principal Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer, focusing on digital transformation, self-serve experiences, and implementing new architecture systems. Prior to that, Tomasz worked at Schibsted Tech Polska, Softhis, and Sygnity S.A, with a background in frontend and backend development using technologies like Javascript, PHP, and Java. Tomasz holds a Master's degree in Industrial Computing Systems from AGH University of Krakow.
