Josh Fajiram

Josh Fajiram is an experienced professional in strategy and venture development, currently working at Oasis Health Partners® since June 2025. Previously, Josh served as Director of New Ventures at Redesign Health from April 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading the ideation, research, and funding of innovative healthcare projects such as Glimmer Health and Veda Trials. Prior experiences include roles as a Venture Fellow at Triphammer Ventures and a Venture Associate at Aegis Ventures, alongside a position as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture from August 2018 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, Josh was a Research Intern at Weill Cornell Medicine in 2017. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University, where education was completed between 2014 and 2017, as well as a high school diploma from Syosset High School obtained in 2014.
