Junnette Alayo

Junnette is VP of Legal & Compliance Strategies and Initiatives for Oasis Pro Inc. and its affiliates. Junnette has over 10 years’ experience in securities law and regulation. Over the course of the last 10 years, Junnette has worked in securities litigation, served as a senior examiner for FINRA, headed the broker dealer registration and compliance department at ACA Group and thereafter went in-house to build a start-up broker dealer, for which she achieved the first FINRA approval for copy-trading. She is at the forefront of broker dealer novel and complex business models, including digital asset securities. Junnette holds a BA from Hunter College and JD from Hofstra University School of Law.
