Laura has more than 25+ years of human resources and business experience with in-depth expertise in government contracting and commercial environments. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the human capital assets of the company to ensure that Oasis is a top-quality employer that attracts, develops, motivates, and retains the most talented people in the industry. “Here at Oasis, employees are the most valued resource. In her role as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources & Security, Laura in conjunction with her team oversees and manages all employee-related matters to include employee relations, employee benefit programs, property, and casualty insurance program, recruiting and retention, organizational development, training, compensation, performance management, policies and procedures, industrial security, health, and safety program, social media program and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
