Niki Lewis

Niki Lewis has a variety of work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. They began their career in 2012 as a Staffing Coordinator at Delta-T Group and later worked as a Branch Manager at Cosmo Personnel Services. In 2016, they served as a Technical Recruiter at General Dynamics Information Technology. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at JSSA, where they were responsible for sourcing, coordinating with management and HR, and developing recruiting strategies. They then worked as a Lead Intelligence Recruiter at MAR, A Division of Oasis Systems in 2018. Between 2018 and 2021, they were a Senior Recruiter at Syneren Technologies Corporation. In 2021, they became a Recruiter at Intuitive, where they worked until 2022. In the same year, they also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Johnson & Johnson.

Niki Lewis studied Spanish at McNeese State University from 1994 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree in the field.
