Vanessa Francis-Stipe

Vanessa Francis-Stipe has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting operations. Vanessa is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Astrion, formerly known as Oasis Systems. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Recruiting Operations at Oasis Systems. Vanessa started their career at CARFAX as a Corporate Recruiter, where they were responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and advising hiring managers on candidate selection. Vanessa also worked at Worldwide Information Network Systems as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, specializing in recruiting professionals with security clearances for government contracts. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Recruiting Manager at Oasis Systems, where they managed full life cycle technical recruiting efforts for DoD and Intel contracts.
