Ari Schraer

Ari Schraer began their career in 2015 as a Chef De Partie at Fairmont Grand Del Mar. In 2018, they were appointed Chief Culinary Officer at Kween Foods.

Ari Schraer attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associates Degree in Occupational Culinary Arts with a field of study in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
