Drew Kellogg has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Drew began their career as a U.S. Naval Officer in the United States Navy from 1998 to 2005. Following this, they worked as a Principal at Wallingford Capital, LLC, a boutique advisory firm specializing in healthcare services industry transactions, from 2005 to 2008. At Wallingford Capital, they sourced, evaluated, and executed acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, and partnerships for revenue cycle management companies nationwide. Drew also examined and optimized company fundamentals for a strong market position.

From 2008 to 2017, Drew served at Chipotle Mexican Grill in progressive roles. Drew first worked as an Operations/Team Director from 2008 to 2012 and later took on the role of Executive Team/Regional Director. As the Regional CEO, they had direct responsibility for operational, financial, and people development aspects of 287 stores, 6750 team members, and a $580 million annual budget in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Drew reported directly to the co-CEO and collaborated with Restaurant Support Officers.

After their tenure at Chipotle, Drew worked as a Consultant at Leadership from 2017 to 2018. Finally, they joined Oath Pizza in 2018 as the President & Chief Operating Officer. In 2019, they assumed the role of President and CEO.

Drew Kellogg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the United States Naval Academy.
