Heather Cooper

Heather Cooper has an extensive work history spanning over two decades. Heather most recently worked as a Strategic CPG Advisor at Oobli starting in 2023. Prior to that, Heather served on the Board of Advisors for the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association, Inc. starting in 2020.

From 2020 to 2021, Heather held roles at Oatly, where they worked their way up from Vice President of Retail Sales to Senior Vice President of Retail Sales. Heather was responsible for leading the retail sales team.

Before their time at Oatly, Heather served as the VP of Sales and Director of Sales at Kite Hill from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Western sales territory and overseeing the national business.

From 2016 to 2017, Heather worked as the Senior Director of Brand Marketing at Bell Sports. Heather led a team of marketing professionals and was responsible for developing brand strategies and executing marketing activities across multiple brands.

Prior to that, Heather worked at Clif Bar & Company from 2012 to 2016. Heather held the role of Director of Customer Strategy and managed a team responsible for customer strategy across various trade classes. Heather also served as a National Account Manager at Safeway during their time at Clif Bar & Company.

Heather has also held positions at Seventh Generation, L'Oréal, and Nielsen earlier in their career, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, and category management.

Additionally, Heather has served on the board of NextUp from 2012 to 2014.

Heather Cooper earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of New Haven in 1998.
