Shabnam Mukhtarova

Shabnam Mukhtarova has a diverse work experience in marketing and advertising. Shabnam started their career as an intern at DemirBank in 2016. Shabnam then worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at AdsGarden.com from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they served as a Marketing Manager at Mover.az. In 2020, they worked as an Account Manager at Social Hub. Shabnam worked as a Marketing Consultant at Can-Pa MMC in 2021 and then joined Rossmann Azerbaijan as a Marketing Consultant in 2022. As of 2022, they hold the position of Head of Traditional Marketing at OBA Marketlər Şəbəkəsi and also worked as a Leading Specialist in Marketing Advertising.

Shabnam Mukhtarova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics And Cybernetics from Baku State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Shabnam then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics • UNEC starting in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Shabnam has obtained various certifications, including Retail Management, UX Design, Digital Marketing Expertise, Neuromarketing, Effective Communication Training, and Sales and Marketing Techniques, from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü.
