Chris Liddell-Westefeld

Chris Liddell-Westefeld has had extensive work experience in various roles within the political sector. Chris began their career in 2007 as a Field Organizer/Regional Field Director for Obama for America. Chris later worked in the Obama administration, holding positions such as Assistant Director in the Office of Presidential Correspondence and Assistant Staff Secretary in The White House. In 2015, they joined the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Administrator. Chris also served as Deputy Policy Director for Perriello for Governor in 2017 and later as Chief Strategy Officer for WinVirginia. Since 2018, Chris has been working at the Obama Foundation, initially as an Oral History Project Manager, then as a Content Program Manager, and currently as the Director of Editorial Strategy, Legacy.

Chris Liddell-Westefeld obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Iowa between 2003 and 2007.
