Rachel Rauscher

Vice President, Development Operations at Obama Foundation

Rachel Rauscher has extensive experience in political and fundraising roles. Rachel started their career in 2011 as a New England Finance Assistant for Obama for America. Rachel then worked as New England Finance for the Presidential Inaugural Committee in 2012, and later became the New England Finance Director for the Democratic National Committee in 2013. In 2014, Rachel served as the Chief of Staff for Priorities USA Action before joining the Democratic National Committee as the Finance Director-At-Large in 2015. Rachel is currently working for the Obama Foundation as the Vice President of Development Operations, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Stewardship & Events at the Obama Foundation.

Rachel Rauscher earned a Master's degree in Political Management from The George Washington University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
