Pam Williams is a native Memphian and a consummate leader with a track record of outstanding results. Pam is a graduate of Woodbury University with a degree in business and the University of Arkansas with a master’s degree in Operations Management. She has over 32 years of management experience in Operations and Human Resources in the aviation industry. Pam’s relationship with OBAP started in 2011 when she was asked to prepare and deliver a workshop on Emotional Intelligence at the OABP convention in Las Vegas. She did a workshop annually for 5 years on various leadership topics thereafter. In 2018 she was honored at the Pioneer’s Breakfast and given the Bessie Coleman award for her dedication to aviation. Her commitment, steadfastness, and relationship-building skills have brought her continued success.
Pam joined the Board of Directors for the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) as Director of Human Resources (HR) in August 2019.
Pam works with Shelby County Schools (SCS), her local community school system on developing an intentional career path into some of the city’s largest employers and runs a potentially free college tuition program with the University of Memphis. Pam is also a Certified Master Coach, accredited by the Behavioral Coaching Institute, and has a master's certification in Emotional Intelligence Coaching from The Six Seconds Network.
When she isn’t busy doing amazing work, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, reading, mentoring, and coaching individuals on life skills.
