Sonia Fisher, CXA, CUA, UXC, CDPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Digital Strategy at OberaConnect, beginning in January 2025. Previously, Sonia held multiple roles at the Urban Land Institute from June 2019 to January 2025, including Senior Manager of UX Design and Strategy, where responsibilities focused on creating user-centric designs and collaborating with leadership to enhance digital experiences. Prior experience includes managing design and marketing strategies at GRAPHEK Design Studio, as well as leadership roles in educational programs for Delta Gamma. Sonia earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from James Madison University in 2016.
